A few common questions

What does a first conversation involve?
A short, no-obligation call to understand what you're dealing with — where absence or change is hurting, what you've already tried, and what a good outcome would look like. From there I'll tell you honestly whether and how I can help.
Do you work with organisations of any size?
Yes. The approach scales from smaller organisations without dedicated absence governance up to large employers with complex case loads. What stays constant is the focus on root cause, early intervention and sustainable solutions.
Can you work alongside our existing HR and OH providers?
Almost always, yes. I'm usually strengthening what you already have — your HR team, occupational health provider and managers — rather than replacing it.
Do you work remotely or on-site?
Both. Much of the diagnostic and design work can be done remotely, with on-site time where it adds value — particularly for manager training and stakeholder alignment.
