Do you replace our HR team or occupational health provider?
No — I strengthen what you already have. I work alongside your HR function, OH provider and managers, improving the governance, processes and capability around them so they deliver better outcomes.
How quickly will we see results?
Earlier intervention and clearer ownership tend to show within the first cycle of cases. Structural reductions in long-term absence build over the following months as the new approach embeds and the reporting makes progress visible.
Do you work with organisations of any size?
Yes. The approach scales from smaller organisations without dedicated absence governance up to large employers with complex case loads — what stays constant is the focus on root cause, early intervention and sustainable solutions.
Do you work remotely or on-site?
Both. Much of the diagnostic and design work happens remotely, with on-site time where it adds value — particularly for manager training and stakeholder alignment. I'm based in the Netherlands and work internationally.
